1. Scope of Services

Seychelles HomeCare & Staffing Staffing Ltd. acts as an intermediary recruitment agency introducing pre-screened household staff (including housekeepers, estate managers, private chefs, nannies, and caregivers) to private clients, estates, and corporate residences across Seychelles.

2. Client Engagement & Recruitment Terms

Formal engagement of staffing services is governed by individual Client Service Agreements signed prior to candidate placement. Key terms include:

  • Candidate Profiles: Profiles provided by Seychelles HomeCare & Staffing are for the client's sole internal evaluation and must remain strictly confidential.
  • Direct Hiring & Prohibition: Clients agree not to solicit or employ candidates introduced by Seychelles HomeCare & Staffing outside of a formal agreement with our agency.
  • Placement Guarantee: Permanent placements are backed by our standard 90-day candidate replacement warranty, detailed within individual placement contracts.

3. Candidate Application & Representation

Candidates applying for positions through our agency warrant that all information provided in application forms, resumes, and interviews is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false credentials, misleading employment histories, or forged identification will result in immediate disqualification and removal from our database.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, design frameworks, and code—is the property of Seychelles HomeCare & Staffing Staffing Ltd. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Seychelles HomeCare & Staffing conducts rigorous screening, background checks, and reference verifications, the ultimate employment relationship exists directly between the Client and the Candidate. Seychelles HomeCare & Staffing shall not be held liable for personal injury, property loss, or indirect damages resulting from candidate conduct, except as required under Seychellois law.

6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any contractual agreements entered into with Seychelles HomeCare & Staffing Staffing Ltd. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Seychelles.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of updated terms.
